Another Great Day!

It's another great day in the wonderful world of genealogy!
Today the Norwegian Archives published the birth record for my husband's great grandfather, Anton Marcelius Monson. You can view it on my website on Anton's page. I was so excited this morning! It's a good thing I'm so easy to please. It doesn't take much to make me happy!

My husband has been taking a few much needed days off of work this week. I'm going to surprise him tonight with a new DVD (First season of Gilligan's Island) and I'm making homemade pizza with canadian bacon and pineapple. Our children have never watched Gilligan's Island, so I'm excited for them to see it, too. On Wednesday night we all watched the movie "Rocky" and our kids enjoyed that. I figured it was a "must see" for our culture. I hadn't watched it since I was a kid and I really did like the movie. It was refreshing to see a movie like that with very little language.
