I added a few new pages to my website. I added a bio page for my grandmother, Irene Sarah Dixon that you can find by clicking the link to the "Dixon" page. I also added a basic tree to the "Schnell" link. I will be adding more later, of course. (Do I need to say that everytime? Does everyone know yet that I will always be "adding more later" to my never-ending project?)
On another topic...I was informed last night (by a real Swede) that Swedes do not put gooseberry preserves (or any preserves, for that matter) on toast. ???? They put it on cold cereal and milk. I guess "marmalade" is for toast, mostly orange marmalade. Yuck. I have always hated orange marmalade. It may not be authentic, but I'm going to keep putting it on toast. I will try the cereal thing, and I'll let you know how it tastes. As we say in Minnesota, "that's different"!
